Tai Chi is a practice of awareness

Through slow, intentional movement, the body begins to release tension, the breath deepens, and the mind becomes quieter.

Over time, balance returns, strength develops, and the body begins to feel more at ease—not by force, but by returning to what is natural.

It is not something to understand.
It is something to experience.

I’ve been practicing, teaching, and exploring Tai Chi for over 15 years. Along the way, I’ve come to understand that each person’s journey is different, and my role is simply to guide, not to shape.

I began my training under my Sifu, Monk Yun Rou, and trained with him until his relocation to Arizona in 2019. Since then, I have continued my path under the guidance of my Sigung Max Gaofei Yan and Sibak Todd Plager, within a lineage that traces back to Si Tai Gung Chen Quanzhong.

My teaching is rooted in experience, patience, and attention to detail. Whether you’re looking for movement, stillness, better health, or a moment of calm, I meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

For those who feel called to go deeper, Tai Chi offers a path with no real end—only continuous refinement and discovery. That path is always there, and I’m here to walk it with you.
